I believe muchly in hot baths. I enjoy them immensely. I'll have to take one later tonight. I'm waiting mainly because they make me sleepy and I don't want to be sleepy so early. I've slept way more than enough the past while!
We'll see how the oils work, although I'm not letting Mikel go out to get them. I'm trying to convince him to take pain meds at the moment, and he has enough trouble driving his bike without them.
